From Canteloupe smoothie

I just take half a canteloupe, clean and peel it, and slice it up into chunks. Then put it in a blender, with 4-6 ice cubes and enough water to cover the canteloupe. (If you have a small blender, you can use smaller amounts of everything.) Then blend it on HIGH for about a minute. When it's whipped up, it has a sweet, creamy consistency, which is perfect for anybody who craves drinking milk. I don't, but I love this smoothie.
