I live in Everett, Washington - in the northwest corner of the United States. I eat a large percentage raw, including self-concocted vegetable juices and raw fruit. My goal is to return to 100% raw as I get my social assertiveness more together.

I enjoy this mailing list very much, mainly reading and learning (I feel that I have not much to contribute at my current level of knowledge). Thank you all for your inspiration and individuality.
