I am 40 years old, work for a law firm (ugh!), have a small reflexology practice, am currently going to school for massage therapy & have been working on "getting healthy" for the last 15 or so years. The first day I ate "raw" it felt like I found what my body needed . . . almost like my cells were zinging around saying YES!!
I have a couple of questions: Any feedback on "Barleygreen"? I read about it in a couple of raw sites & was wondering how effective it is. Thanks.
I've read Brian Clement's book & have a couple by Ann Wigmore. Does anyone have any other recommendations as to books on raw foods? Thank you. ---
