I'm new to the list and want to introduce myself, I've been a vegan for about the last 3 years and then the last year I've been learning about raw food diets/fruitarian. Just recently I was successful in doing an all raw day, I find it challenging, I'm trying to let my body guide me, not too hard on myself. The last week I 've been about 70% raw, and I'm feeling and learning how different foods make me feel. Fruit really feels good.....but I feel emotionally empty...I've realized how much I use food as a way to fill up my emptyiness and stesses,soI'm going tolook at ways I can take the shift away from food.
