Hello again,
Here's a short bio: (I hope this is what you are looking for) thank you!
I am a chiropractor in Austin, Texas. I have a holistic approach to my practice
(and my life). I am a student of A Course in Miracles. In my practice I help
people to find the thoughts and beliefs behind their dis-ease. For the last
year,
I have been writing a book that integrates miracle principles with hands-on
healing. It is called "A Healer's Guide to Miracles". I have been experimenting
with various approaches to nutrition for nearly 20 years. For nearly all of
that time, I have not eaten red meat; for a large part of that time, I have
used the lacto-vegetarian approach. I used the ayurvedic approach for many years.
In the last few years, I have increasingly gone the raw food route.
The challenges I have found with raw food have been hypoglycemia and weight
loss (avoidance of). But it makes the most sense to me and I want to get into
it more and more and, eventually, teach others to do the same. I believe that
nature has provided and continues to provide all that we need.
