Hello, my name is Sharon Gaines, my e-mail is, I have been reading a lot about the Gerson therapy for cancer lately. I had a close cousin pass away from breast cancer, and before she left us, she went through a lot of orthodox treatments that I feel were horrendous to her body. After witnessing these things I became very motivated to find out more about alternative ways to cure and become more healthy in order to prevent cancer and other diseases and illnesses. My cousin was only a few years older than me, and now I'm at the age that she was when she passed. After recently becoming a computer owner, I decided to browse the internet about different health issues, and voila! I stumbled across raw food entries. Years ago, I did read Fit for Life by the Diamonds and I was always impressed about the substanial weight loss that Harvey experienced after going totally raw for 30 days. I have a weight problem that I've been struggling with for years. So now I've decided that the time has come to put into practice some of the things that I do know about eating for health and fitness. I've recently started having fresh carrot and apple juice for breakfast every morning along with a few supplements and Kyo Green powder, for lunch at work I have either banana's or apples or salad or broccoli. But in the evenings when I come home I've not been able to continue to eat this way, instead I do indulge in cooked foods, not as much as I used to eat, but still I'm not all the way there yet, I still eat some chicken and beef. I feel that the meat is on its way out, hopefully really soon I can do without it. Even with the regime that I have now, I've experienced a lot more energy and stamina. I really need all the energy I can get because presently I'm trying to work two jobs, and I feel tired all the time. I feel that if I were still eating lots of meat and mostly cooked foods that I would have given up one of the jobs by now. Anybody who can contribute to my becoming more knowledgable and motivated please feel free to e-mail me, my address once again is Thanks for being here.
